Cole’s Martial Arts offers
traditional Taekwondo.
Certified by the World
Taekwondo Federation, all
of our instructors are third
degree black belts and
above. We use pal-gwe
forms and one steps
designed by Master Harvey
Cole. Classes are
designed and taught so
that anyone can enroll at
any time; white belts can share the same classes as black belts. While we do offer two classes per week that are specifically for children, all of our classes are open to all ages to accommodate the many families who like to take class together. Cardio-kickboxing
These classes are the fat-burning, heart-racing, stress-relieving, motivating and best cardio classes to change the way you look and feel about your body. Designed by fitness expert, Wes Cole, each class is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic intervals ensuring that you get the best calorie burning and endorphin-releasing effects possible. We specialize in providing a “family-gym” atmosphere so that you can get a great workout with great people without the pressure of feeling like you’re at a night club. This is the gym you want to go to!!
Weight Training
These classes have been added to our cardio program as a bonus to all of our valued patrons. In the design of these classes, Wes Cole addresses and overcomes many of the common misconceptions regarding weight training that still plague some of America’s most popular gyms. The result is progressive resistance training in a group setting. Research by the National Strength and Conditioning Association proves that using heavy weights and medium rep ranges (6-12) is ideal method for hypertrophy, or muscle growth. This is what gives you those toned abs and sleek and sexy arms! Swimsuit season, here you come!!
